Before you choose your favorite color for designing your business card, postcard, brochure or other printed marketing materials, think about the emotion that the color evokes. Is that the emotion you want prospective clients to associate with your brand?

For example, violet may be your favorite color, evoking the feeling of royalty and fantasy. But if your brand is based on sustainability, green would be a better choice as it can evoke the emotions of nature and goodwill. Color is a powerful tool, and when used correctly, it has the ability to make your business cards and other printed materials not only stand out, but work as an effective marketing tool. So what color is appropriate for your brand? Decide what feelings and thoughts your printed pieces should communicate. Then choose a color(s) that effectively evokes those emotions. We offer graphic design services, and our graphic designers can help choose colors to represent your business and brand.
